There are several historic and reconstructed houses on the territory of the museum that are open to visitors. The main building "Hauganhuset" from the 18th century comes from Arnadal and you can learn about the history of craftsmanship there. An agricultural exhibition and an exhibition devoted to winter sports were organized in the barn-like building from the 1920s.
